FREETHE Entertainment is proud to release the solo debut album of Chia-Chien Goh: Heinrich Wilhelm Ernst’s Solo Violin Works by Chia-Chien Goh on May 31st. Coming out on over 49 different streaming sites, including FREETHE Bandcamp & SoundCloud, this collaboration was made possible thanks to Clazz International Music Festival.
Dr. Goh, one of our esteemed faculty and Professor of Violin at UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia connected with David Milkis, Clazz's magician behind the scenes (photos, audio, video, and content manager,) in Arcidosso, Italy at Clazz. Milkis, co-owns and operates FREETHE Entertainment. Based in New York City, the label is focused on independent artists from all walks of life and genre; operating in a network that helps the integrity of the artists’ independence.
The record provides a unique opportunity to listen to the complete collection of Ernst’s solo works, one of the only recordings published in recent history, which includes the six Polyphonic Etudes and the Transcription of Schubert’s “Der Erlkönig".
